Our Speed Guarantee

Every order we ship is sent via a 24-hour delivery service. We focus on a single, premium shipping tier to ensure your items spend as little time in transit as possible.

Dispatch Schedule

We aim to get your order processed and out the door with minimal delay.

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are prioritized for same-day dispatch.

  • Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or during exceptionally busy periods, will be dispatched the following working day.

  • Operating Days: We dispatch Monday through Saturday. Please note that we do not dispatch on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next available working day.


Important Information

1. Transit Times vs. Dispatch Times

Please note that our "24-hour" service refers to the time the courier takes to deliver the item once it has left our facility. It does not include the time taken to process and pack your order, though we strive to keep this to a minimum.

2. Delivery Estimates

While we use express services, delivery dates are estimates and not legally binding guarantees. Occasionally, factors beyond our control—such as courier delays, extreme weather, or regional disruptions—may affect the final delivery date.

3. Order Responsibility

  • Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

  • Receipt of Goods: If a delivery is unsuccessful, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbor. Responsibility for the package passes to the customer once the courier logs the item as "delivered."

4. Missing or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can initiate an investigation with the courier and arrange a resolution for you.
